Added the Helmholtz comb filter to a secondary track of the sample to add ambiance (I could've used the pulsar delay to create a comb effect but I don't have a tuner with me), later routed to reverb with dry value on quasar reverb set to the lowest and wet value set to create decent enough resonance (being affected by the plate decay).
Used the Heisenberg to create distant vocals using reverb to create such a vibe.
Added white noise riser and transition.
