The cowbell phonk synth sounds unnatural when it plays the notes so I would recommend introducing small variations within the note lengths. You could try messing more with the attack and release time knobs. Then another thing you could do it mess with the velocity and panning. There is some distortion occuring from the kick and the snare so I would recommend compressing it with a gravity and saturating it as well with some other tools. To give it more headroom I would just adjust the centroid

The rhodes I'd say you could mess around with the chord voicings, the inversions, and also the chord progressions just overall try dabbling into different feels. And you can layer the pads onto the rhodes. I like messing around with different octave pitches because it makes it sound more full
