If you're interested in finding a producer to create a track for you, i'd highly recommend talking to them before you just make an instrumental of their work without permission. There's a lot of guys here that are open to this idea and are looking for vocalists. This is not the right way.

Although most works produced for labels are either not publicly published or have remix off, you run the risk of possibly being held accountable for actions such as this in court, as much as that sounds ridiculous. Something you can do to mitigate all of this is explain what you plan to do with the track (writing WIP is not enough), because right now it looks like you have simply taken the beat for your own usage elsewhere.
