I found this Dada one shot created by Zone and one thing led to another....

about 7 years agoA lot of people have used my dada samples, but this track is far the best composed song with the samples. It's got a really interresting atmosphere and melody.

about 8 years agoApologies for the republish but listened to this on the way into work and thought lead synth sounds were a bit shit, so I've reworked them a bit but I'm still not totally happy!

about 8 years agoand instead of the compressor between centroid and master output, you could turn the master outputs volume to the max when there is no clipping on the centroid and use the gain knobs on the centroid when it´s not loud enough. when the mix is good an no red lights blink you don´t need the limiter, so you can turn it off. it´s not as loud as you are used from the record industry then but it sounds better on audiotool.com. :)

about 8 years agoyou should use the Freq knobs on the centroid. low frequencies for the low tones and high frequencies for the high tones. it´s hard to hear but it is having an effect on how it sounds. for example when you have high tones you set it somewhere between 2000 to 4200hz, lows i set from 800 to 240hz.
