  • why is it bad to listen to while driving?

  • one of my absolute favorites

  • This is so relaxing ! I didn't know that use a certain kind of frequency can have a huge effect on the humor !

    • Thank you, you learned me something ! btw, it's really impressive

    • Roughly speaking, the different parts of your brain vibrate at different frequencies. When your brain perceives the wobble at a certain frequency, some parts of your brain will be activated and by extension their associated function (creativity, relaxation, focus etc.)

    • Thank you @aori :)

Yeah, the frequency range refers to the wobble you hear in the background. Several ways to create this wobble (binaural beats, monaural beats, isochronic tones) but the result is quite similar. Binaural beats is the sole method that requires headphones, but I'd recommend using them as well for a better experience with the 2 other methods.

  • my favorite base frequency :))

    everything sounds/feels so much lighter,

    soothing and pleasing.

    • Feel you @takemeaway [w!p]

I love trying out these solfeggio frequencies, they sound so uncommon yet so natural. In parallel, I also use more and more 432Hz as base frequency, makes everything deeper and more elegant

  • I have been working a lot. This is perfect to relax to at the end of the day. i didnt even notice that time had passed.

  • Legendary, just in time to study for finals!

  • I DID IT

I LISTENED TO THE ENTIRE 48 MINUTES

    LES GOOOOOOO

  • also looking at the caution:

wait how does a binaural beat negatively affect someone with epilepsy- or how does it negatively affect someone who's pregnant? i'm confoose.

    • dang... i did not know that... strange how such simple sounds can cause a drastically negative effect on certain people :<

    • I read the disclaimers of binaural beats producers. Regarding pregnancy, it is only a matter of avoiding legal risks. Concerning epilepsy, epileptic seizures are the result of abnormal neurological impulses, and binaural beats can trigger the seizure reflex

  • this is a long much dose of much pad

  • why u said atd21 then? checkmate XDDdddD

but oh dang 48 mins???? ALRIGHT TIME TO USE THIS TO FALL BACK ASLEEP LES GOOOOO

    • i never seen a one hour track before so i would've loved to see that lol

    • because i hope it will boost audiotoolers' creativity for ATD21 ;)

at the beginning, i tried over one hour but AT wouldn't upload

    • but jokes aside this gives the same vibe as listening to those brainwave power music videos in the middle of the night when i was younger, imagining myself into a world of jungles or pure randomness, not caring WHAT i dreamt or thought about, just did whatever my dreams wanted me to do

it was a wonderful, epic feel and i wanna keep feeling that

thank u again man for finally getting me inspired to make my own binaural beats, and i hope to make some pretty successful ones in the future :>>

  • awesome !

  • Relaxed me. Amazing track

  • Heh heh. Friend, what are you doing experiments on us? :)

  • I am fascinated by all the sciences that study the human being and in particular the complex interactions, still largely misunderstood, that operate in the brain. In addition to the deep concentration that this track arouses in me, I admire your quest to give music new perspectives, new roles, and other layers of knowledge, which are pure emotion and beauty for me.

    • Thanks for the kind words, buddy :) agree with you, this is so interesting yet we have still so much to find out!
