A little trip to the internet to look for some maths reference and I ended up looking at logistic maps again.
This time, I realize one thing: The Waveshaper in Next works kinda like a logistic map.
That's interesting, and since the behavior is pretty chaotic, I wonder how it'd sound...
Anyways, this is definitely me messing around. The function in this draft is arbitrary, that is because I found the quadratic logistic function to be boring, so I started adding more nodes.
You cannot change the function by automation, so I have to add a gain the feedback loop in order to make some bias. i.e., when I turn the gain down, it'll be biased towards the left half of the map, and same if I turn the gain up.
The initial condition (starting value) of the iteration in this case is an impulse signal.
