when the bass plays, the highpassed version of the pad w/ rasselbock reverb stuff plays, and when the bass isnt playing the lowpass dry version is heard.

The beginning chords sound a lot like Lorn's Soft Room (link is only visible to registered users)
I think this should be called "fake multiband compression"
I don't mind the dissonance in general, but the fact that it is in the mid range makes it to wobbly.
Good base idea, you could layer cloudy pads on top an incorporate the dissonance in the higher note range.
first chord is really cool last chord dissonance is screwing with me technique itself is interesting
lol i was planning on it
make a track from this... this is nice
If its not to much to ask for could you explain what you did with all the compressors, because looking at this its super confusing. plus thanks for this ive been trying to achieve this sound for some time.
it causes tone fluctuations so the reverb doesnt become ringy, that happens in AT when you have just 1 static tone, although from the HTML5 demos i think they r gonna change it, i hope so
I dont get what the rasselbock is supposed to do?????
