Next doesn't really run well but so far it's running decently enough. The midrange part sounds amazing tho and goes well with the sweeping synth. I think the melodic path the project is going is fine.

also, just tell me if your cpu is having a hard time with the setup, I tend to put a shit-load of stuff in my tracks and i can really grow big quickly

Dude the sweeping synth sounds amazing! You were right on the song structure so i moved some things around. Really loving it so far. I added a low-mid range bass and i'm not quite sure if it's too melodic for the style.

ye I dig it, brother. I added a sweeping synth with the chords underneath. It wired to the wrong thing and next is weird with my pc so I'll put that in the centroid later when I can. I think the noise chord kinda riser should happen later tho. I feel it comes in too soon.

Also, I made the arbitrary decision to stick to a Cm scale. The chord progression goes Cm7 - Gm7 - A#.

Btw, as you'll see, I added an extra mixer, it's a way to avoid having my kick compressing itself when setting sidechain compression on the master, so the compression goes on everything but the kick.
