Hmm. Okay let's break this down from the beginning. Your synth at the beginning is very shrill. Also, the note choice is a little. . . creepy? for something I'd expect to be given to a mother. It's very much atonal, which isn't necessarily bad, but then it gets kinda shrill and feels like it's meant to be scary and offputting more than anything else. I think you might want to study some more traditional music theory before you attempt atonality, it's very difficult to get right.
