In November 2009 I made a track using OpenMPT, which is a tracker. It was made using only samples as instruments, either as oneshots or short waveform loops that create tones. The original was never posted anywhere, partially because it was untitled. Here it is, 2014 redone on Audiotool with a new title.

Although the sounds are inevitably different from those of the original, I tried to keep the drums, bass, and pad the same. The plucks have been changed to use my pluck samples, which sound considerably different from the original ones, and the triangle wave melody has been changed to a distorted square wave melody, hence the name. I also did something with an infinite feedback loop delay to capture the sounds from every beat and play them together for a dissonant effect as the break ends.

In recreating an older work, I also intentionally kept the lower production quality for authenticity and nostalgia. As a result, this is a subpar work.
