Probably the simplest track I've done in a while, in spite of my efforts to make it more complex (which were simply making it worse). In the end, I stripped it down to the basics and let it work on its own melodic merits.

Repub for some minor fixes, including adding a 3rd oscillator for the arpeggi at the end instead of taking away OSC 1 for that duty.

  • I love the bass and melody!! :) I agree with the othes, the sounds are not too hard to do, but the different melodies are so good! :D and congrats on your 100 followers! you got a 101 from me XD

  • love the grooving feel of this!

Sometimes, simple is better. Many times, artists are so focused on how complex their piece is "supposed" to be instead of the feeling, or message that they are trying to convey

  • Thanks Cripta...that's fast becoming my signature sound now, isn't it? Pulv + octave automation on one oscillator (sometimes with TM for note track).

  • ok..simple.. but who cares ? it's very nice...sounds and melody !! love the final arp 2.40

  • Admit it, Syn...the cover photo helped your decision along. ;)

  • I only needed the first thirty seconds to favorite this, but it was great the whole way through. :D

  • Thanks folks.

  • Nice one man !

  • love that melody and cool groove!!

  • Thanks Olo. :)

I'm hoping this plays well in my car...with the windows down, driving through the city.

  • ...love your mellows!
