That's how I am, minus the band stuff. I'm always messing with my guitar in one way or another though, I rarely go a day without at least picking it up for thirty minutes

i never really take breaks from making music
i sometimes don't produce any music on the pc for little while
but then i do band stuff or write some piano pieces maybe

I bet its nice to teak a brake from music from time to time
I sometimes miss making music if I hadn't made something in a while
