this started as a means to learn pulverisateur, then got way sideways with formant oscilations that made "drums" of the long wails. after losing the piece too many times to overburdened latency, i returned it to the semi original form; instead using the pdelay to hint at formant synthesis, like charlie brown commandos in the far background. the title may be police or polic'e, ne policy... to the logorythmic constabulary we drone.
