Pyup was born a cabbage. however, due to the extremely polluted river next to her roots, she was forced to soak in extremely polluted water. when the fermented water trickled up to the upper roots of the cabbage, the cells in the the water contacted in such a way that a breathing, speaking head was formed. The head named itself and its vegetable body Pyup.
