    Can it be programmed as a synthesizer? Although I imagine it brings a giant sound library.

      yes it has 5 knobs each with it's own bank of adjustable parameters.

      you select which parameters you want to adjust with two other knobs.

      when it comes to the actual sounds on it there are 8 banks of sounds, each with 8 programs, though technically there's 16 on each bank because each program has an a-side and b-side.

      so yeah there's quite a lot of options.
