Too much goin' on with the snares, and also very repetitive. I'd suggest you have to where it changes up every 8 bars or so just so it doesn't seem like you just copy pasted 4 bars throughout the entire beat. I'd also lower the bpm (just a suggestion), I feel like it'd make this sound better.
