I think it has a little too much going on at 0.38 , i dont know if thats what you were going on, maybe make that snare a tad louder and less repetitive,
I would use different toned 808 sub kicks ( if you get me ), you can do this by using the machiniste's pitch knob. The 2nd drop is alot better IMO.
2.14 - 2.31 sounds really fitting, maybe add a sidechained White noise sample.
