In all seriousness, I really enjoyed working on this once I had my idea. What you'll hear started out with digging through unpublished drafts (on Audiotool) alongside finding a couple of string samples on splice that ended up fitting perfectly. However, everything was put together in ReaperFM. This is where I applied my own personal plugins and FX from iZotope, Kilohearts, and MeldaProductions. Reaper was also used for all of the mixing and mastering, which I was a tad lazy with. However, the foundation of every non-sample sound was sourced from Audiotool alone.

I didn't have a terrible amount of time to work on this project, and was hoping it would come out a little better being as I started working on it before the announcement even hit. There's some clicking somewhere and the sidechain could've used work. But, nonetheless I was able to crank something special out for those who know me around here and all the others who get a chance to hear it. I don't expect to be a finalist in the competition since there was a very heavy amount of work done in Reaper. But, being a part is still plenty worth it!

Regarding the bass made for this song, just in case ya ask, was also originally from an Audiotool draft I had. The signature grit and general shape are still original, but I've done a lot of work to it so the difference is pretty high.
