This is based on an unused theme in the 11/03/1993 prototype of Sonic 3[Found by the Hidden Palace Preservation group, You can watch the stream here --> (link is only visible to registered users)
Note that the actual stream begins at 1 hour, 10 minutes and 50 seconds after the video starts] that was speculated to be a unique theme for Super Sonic(Like Sonic 2)before they decided to replace it with that stupid annoying obnoxious ass invincibility theme for Sonic 3[seriously, they should have kept it in].

This is probably the biggest achievement for Hidden Palace AND The Cutting Room Floor aside from the Sonic 1 Tokyo Toy Show build[which still hasn't been found yet].
