Natsukashii is a Japanese word used when something evokes a fond memory from your past. It’s a word you exclaim as a smile creeps across your face. In France, we call that a 'madeleine de Proust'. It can be something you see, something you eat, smell... or something you hear.

Last year, i cycled from France to South Africa, on my own - 10 months through 21 countries, often wild camping or being hosted by locals. Even though i cannot really put words on how life-changing it was, i can still feel gimpses of freedom when thinking back at my adventure. I created this track in that spirit. The further you get, the freeer you become.

Special thanks to @naswalt for the beautiful guitar loops and to @andy for the amazing vocals.

This is the ninth and last song of my album, started more than 4 years ago.
