The first official single from my fourth album, Battery, Life. The vocals are yours truly. (There's an interlude in there too.)
I'm thinking that this album is going to be a collection of songs about the electronics in my life and how they make me feel. I think part of the reason it took so long for me to want to start writing lyrics was because I felt obligated to talk about relationships I'd never experienced or heavy ideas I couldn't relate to, but then I figured, 'why not do something completely different?'
This is that something. I hope you like it.
Also, it's my birthday.
