That lower bass could use some lower tones, maybe some more grit to get higher overtones to pop a bit. You've got some great ideas, with some sound development this will be a great track.

You bring that kick up too high too fast. The bass is ducking AND has an LFO at an interesting rate, you may want to play with that a bit, since it's a perfect way to add interest to your rhythm. On the drop, you have a lot of sounds in the same general range. You may want to get more sounds in the lower and higher ranges. Usually the buildup is going to open up the ranges, add more dynamics...
