How's this for too much Pryda snare? I consider this an EDS track, but I still like it despite the snare overuse.

The snare took some work to make because I couldn't find a sample in the library. I ended up layering three samples, playing with Machiniste envelopes, and adding an equalizer for that dynamic Pryda snare.

  • just flip sum of tha snares to a clap or add it to every other one, that alone would make a huge difference i bet. To me tho, it doesn't sound bad at all, just a few tweaks here and there...maybe. has a nice setup too,& its song worthy(setup like an actual song kinda would be). not just thrown together like most do >..< ima check out what else U got going on and feel free to listen to sum of mine and criticize too lol

  • after listening to this "big room" for a solid 30 minutes I think I found a new fav subgenre

  • @tophat I don't know the "Official" term, but it's basically a sub genre (maybe) of house with lots o bass and little synth jabs or stabs or whatever in the drop. Have you heard of Animals by Martin Garrix? Here:

  • What is Big Room? I've been seeing this a lot more lately.
