Layer 1: A soft, deep noise. An ambience of constant wind blowing through a massive chasm.

Layer 2: A distant pinging, distorted by the surrounding geometry and the slow moving atmosphere.

Layer 3: A high noise like slowed breathing if it were a spray of mist from all around.

These construct an ambience, from which isn't known.
