this is a path i love to see people go on and as long as i see people going this way i will support this no matter what your lvl is so ill tell you what you make a track at least 1.5 mins long with a melody using the pulv and i will follow you . its helpful to use a beat to write with i would suggest using a pre made loop from the library as a back ground to write a melody to
the second link is something i have been studying for years and is a little more advanced this will tell you how to place notes with out clashing them.
Don't get over whelmed remember have fun and dont give up starting from scratch on your own stuff will gain you respect in this community and is worth the hard work no matter how it sounds at the beginning
well to answer you if you have a specific question feel free to ask and i will answer if i know :) i would start with the tutorials on synths that Infyuthsion made this is where i learned much of what i know about the technical aspects and the rest of what i know came from knowing note placements and listening to a lot of tracks and opening them to find out how to do sounds i wanted to do
