I use a variety of hardware and software: Casio XW-G1 Groove Synth, Casio CZ-5000, Kawai K1 II Synth, Kawai PHM Pop Synth Module, Oberheim MC2000EX (w/Daughter card expansion) Synth, Oberheim MiniGrand Module, Red Sound Systems DarkStar XP2 Table Top Synth, Roland JX-3P Synth w/PG-200 programmers (have 2 of both), Roland MT-32 Module, Roland RD-300S, Roland XV-2020 Module, Waldorf Micro Q Module, Windows 10 PC using Ableton Live and Mac Mini running Garageband and Reaper64, Peavey and Yamaha mixers. Using an Alesis Quadraverb GT for sound processing. Realistic TR-3000 reel-to-reel for a bit of nostalgia still with 20 blank reels to fill. Starting to use plus-ins now for rare instruments that I could never afford, recently added OP-X Pro-II (Oberheim OB-X virtual synth). Also have used AudioTool for some things in the past.
