At age 61, it seems a little late to start a music career. Given that, I started playing the guitar at age 14. My parents gave me a Guild F-112 for my 15th birthday. That's when I wrote my first song, " Thoughts Of You".
In High school in Newport Beach, CA, I gained a following of students who came to hear me play my original songs. I still have many of the recordings made at these performances and sitt'en in sessions. To date, I have 58 songs. Most have been recorded. My main instrument is the 12 string guitar. I play a pretty mean lead these days too, mostly on a Gibson Les Paul or SG. I also play bass, keys and drums as well as sing. Sooooo, I guess that's about it.
