Based off a build that originated as a democart that was first stolen from a toy fair in New york in 1992, then was found on a Chinese "GeoCities" page in 1998 by Simon Wai[hence the name of the build].

Because I realize; not a lot of people here know what prototypes like the Simon Wai build of Sonic 2 have to offer. That early build of Sonic 2 was what sparked video game prototype hunting in the first place.
