When i first heard this i was blown away by the attention to detail. The mood you created with dissonant chords and a grimey percussion made a perfect platform for the vulgar lyrics you truly deserve the winning spot. Then you came out with that republish a week or so later and expanded on those ideas in the second half. You made the sample your own and you made it fun. Congrats @withdecay

This is what im talking about when I said id be judging on listenability and mixing. This is the BEST sounding lyrics in the entire contest. not only is it tight, but its what i expect my shit to sound like when i record stuff. Obv it never does and im wondering if maybe you @leadenshrew could sit me down and walk me through how you did this because i am blown away impressed with what you've done.

Another amazing track from the legend @Goon . Similar to our first place winner, you made the track your own. Time and time again you shown youre simply on another plane of existance than the rest of the contestants. after relistening to the entries list, i used yours as a pallet cleanser. this is the standard of winners i was hoping for. the chart placements for this track speaks for itself in that its just so easy to listen to. you brought the sample down to earth and humbled it with this funky groove.

i am NOT surprised in the slightest decay got #1. all entries were amazing, but gosh decay's was the one i was banging to the most. freaking well deserved 100%, and congrats to the other winners as well! :>>
