Nathan Glaser
Together with Frigolito, Abstract is probably the user with most Swing characteristics on Audiotool. Expertly he mixes basslines reminiscent of Jazz with elements of Dub-Step, Electro House and Drum and Bass, and that with great success: with almost 500 Favourites, his track 'Illuminati Lumberjacks' is one of the all-time chart-breakers of our website. A must on any playlist

- Musical Style
- Well, since my musical development has primarily happened through jazz, almost all tracks that I write (and my style in general) is heavily jazz-influenced. As an EDM producer, I was first majorly inspired by Savant, and as result a lot of my tracks feature 8 bit type solos and such. Mord Fustang inspired me to write big electro chord-based songs. Once I discovered glitch hop, it fit perfectly with my jazzy style, and I like to write a lot of glitch hop. Overall though, I try to become good at as many genres as possible so that I can be a versatile artist, and now I write songs depending on what I'm liking at that moment.
- Musical Background
- Both my parents are professional musicians, and I grew up singing in various choirs, as well as playing piano for a year when I was fairly young (somewhere from 6-8 years old), which I then hated but now admittedly wished I had followed through on. From 6th grade to present time I've played trumpet at school, and from 9th to present I've played in my high school's Jazz band.
- Started making music
- Sometime from January to March in 2012, one of my friends found out about Audiotool and decided that we should try messing around on it. We both started out as total production noobs and learned from each other for a little bit. I started looking around the site and naturally found Infyuthsion (since he is and probably always will be the most popular artist of Audiotool), as well as Pilgrim. I got super inspired by, well, simply how awesome their music was. Ever since then, I've been having fun on Audiotool and trying to constantly get better.
- Message to the community
- There's always going to be someone out there that makes amazing music that you can be inspired by. Inspiration is key in getting ideas to flow. Learning from each other is very important to the continuing development of practically anyone as a musical artist :)
