Bluedude
Jedediah Caro
Bluedude stands for: powerful, funky EDM Sounds and has done so since the early days of Audiotool. All his tracks go like hotcakes and it's hardly surprising to find two of his productions among the top rated tracks of 2014. We are glad to have him back on board after a longish creative break.

- Musical Style
- I like to cover any genre that passes up in front of me and one thing that's apparent is that I try to make danceable/close-to-mainstream tracks. My style was somehow called "Bluelectro" by some listeners. Also I take from Reversal's style of adding exciters to almost everything. Savant is one of my main outside inspirations because of the 8-bit melodies he makes. Also, anime OST's inspire me as well. In short, fast saw-wave melody + gritty bass + 4x4 drums + Blue = my style.
- Musical Background
- I learned drums when I lived in Indonesia in 2004-2006 (so when I was about 7 years old), but I forgot how to play them now. I learned piano in 2006, the year I immigrated to the USA. Since then, I listened to classical music until I had a piano teacher that taught me how to play piano for a year. I still play piano but I can't read notes anymore, so I learn and play by ear. I had no experience nor knew anything about electronically made music until I discovered Audiotool.
- On Audiotool
- Fall of 2011....or 2012. I don't remember very well but I know it was a few weeks after my birthday and around the same time Uprising joined. By the end of 2010 I started listening to electronic music. Soon I wanted to make my own music and an anonymous user from some random website that I can't remember suggested Audiotool. Once I checked it out, there was no way I wouldn't make music. "Bluedude" was a joke name. I just chose it because I liked the color blue and I am a dude. Now the Audiotool people remember me by it. Bahahaha!
- Message to the community
- Audiotool is such a blessing. It's probably (if not) the BEST free DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) out there. Actually, it is the best DAW in my opinion because of the amount of great tracks able to be produced and the amazing community. Seriously. The community is a family...albeit a strangely lovable family. To my friends who heard some of my tracks, thanks for listening. For the growing Audiotoolers, you will get a lot better but it takes so much practice and patience. I'm sure you already know what I mean or you will know soon. Thanks Audiotool for featuring me as an artist! I never would have thought that I would get featured because a lot of people said that I would, but it never came. I learned that making music isn't about attention, it's about what YOU want to make when YOU want it. It's about passing time doing something you love. It's about bacon...ear bacon (because ear candy is too mainstream). Audiotool should be a hobby, not a job. Also, stay happy and stay fresh! Peace!
