Navor

Orion Hendershot

Navor is one of a group of highly talented young American EDM producers on Audiotool and initiator of the very successful and heartwarming mega collaboration for a sick member of the community. In the wide range of Electronic Dance Music he doesn't want to nail himself down to one particular style. So better expect the unexpected.

Musical Style
Honestly, I don't even know myself. I go from Dubstep to Ambient to Trap to Future Bass, I'm really kind of all over the place. I just enjoy producing everything trying to actually define a style for myself, so I go all over genres trying to find something that I can fall in love with.
Musical Background
I played violin from 4th to 8th grade, but that never really went anywhere. I recently have been trying to teach myself to play piano, so there's that! Before I was listening to electronic music I was listening to Metal a lot, which was what introduced me to electronic music when one of my favorite bands mentioned Deadmau5 in an interview or something. I listened to Deadmau5 a lot when I first got into electronic music, and just branched out from there.
Started making music
I started making music when I was 12, so four years is coming up within the next year. I started with Looplabs if anyone remembers that monstrosity, then I found Audiotool and let loose. I've been using other DAWs recently such as Ableton and FL Studio, as well.
On Audiotool
I discovered Audiotool when I was 12, but not really sure when, but I think it was somewhere in the middle of summer so guessing June or something? I found Audiotool by browsing Google for "Free online music maker". I thought Audiotool sounded like a cool name so I signed up and started messing around. I've had a few accounts before my current one, but those are lost in the past (thankfully).
Message to the community
Just keep your head up. Music is something that should come from within, so always try your hardest to better yourself and others around you. Critique yourself and always try to expand your horizons. Audiotool has a ton of stuff to offer, and even more with the coming updates. Always interact with the community, making friends on Audiotool is one of the best things to ever happen in my life. I've made so many close friends and even met one in real life, which is incredible! The community is one of the best things that Audiotool has over other DAWs and music sharing sites, so my final advice is to take advantage of it!
