The Name Regret stands for contemplative, atmospheric Downbeat and Drum and Bass tracks. With his previous alter Egos … and Mourn he had already gained the reputation of an insider tip that was to be taken seriously. And it's probably due to the changing identities that his work has remained more or less in the underground, lending an enigmatic touch to the whole matter. It's about time to check out this talented young artist called Regret.

- Tracks with big feelings and tracks to chill out to. Also tracks to do psychedelics to (can I say this?) [Editor's note: If you mean lava lamps, yes]
- Musical Background
- Love Funk music and Jazz.... Favorite is Herbie Hancock. As far as modern music goes: Boards of Canada are gods; Bon Iver is very nice to listen to; Oneohtrix Point Never made an album recently I like a lot. Also Death Grips.
- Started playing music
- I took to piano as a kid and used it as a place to express my emotions throughout high school.

- I found the old Hobnox site on my parent's PC 5+ years ago and messed around with the 303 for a while.... Stumbled across the site again a few years later when I was 17 and have been using it ever since.
- Message to the community
- Make whatever you want and don't try for favs. You need to make the music you want to hear the most... There's a genre or sound or idea out there that only you know about and it's your job to show the world. Everything else is just secondary.
