SuperN.O.V.A

Tyler D. Clark

To nail SuperN.O.V.A. down to one style would be sacrilege. Around spanking rhythmic constructions he weaves atmospheric melodies and sound collages as if - at the tender age of seventeen- he had never done anything else. Currently he is apparently concentrating on products outside Audiotool but looks in now and then, leaving behind audible proof of his existence.

Interview

Tyler D. Clark Age: 17 but will be 18 this November. Job/School: I am currently a senior at Pinkerton Academy but my main goal is to go to college for audio engineering and recording. Some schools that I am looking at is my first pick Full Sail University in Winterpark Florida, Emerson college, Berklee, Umass Lowell, and some community colleges.

Musical Style
Unique is the best way to put it. However I think space and futuristic is the best way to describe my music.
Musical Background
I started making music about 6 years ago. I started on a website called soundation.com and joined on November 13th, 2010. I also self taught myself how to master, mix, and create music before I learned any instruments or theory. The first instrument I learned to play was percussion and drums and also I was part of chorus. Then I learned piano and have taken two Music Theory classes at school to further enhance my ability to create music.
On Audiotool
I discovered Audiotool about 4 years ago at the beginning of my 8th grade year. I discovered Audiotool after I was bored with soundation and when I realized how bad my music sounded. I found audiotool by googling websites like Soundation and it took a while but I fell in love with Audiotool. Now I use programs like Fruity Loops and Audacity and have started to move more away from audiotool.com. If anyone wants to listen to any of my new songs follow me on soundcloud!
Message to the community
First I would love to thank the Audiotool staff for featuring me after all these years. I would also like to thank all my fans or even just casual listeners to my music. Lastly audiotool is a large community full of passion and sometimes it will be hard to find motivation or sometimes you are not getting the support from others like you used too. Don't give up, become unique and be willing to take risks like new genres or maybe trying to create a new preset. Be open too learning and criticism. More importantly be inspired by everyone and let the people come to you not the other way around. Again, thank you everyone.
