downloading drafts

how do I download my drafts or enable downloading drafts? I see there is an option but it says that "download disabled by author"

    pay audiotool money and you can export your drafts as .wav files without ever having to publish them

    when you are about to publish your song and you can name it and give cover art, at the bottom you can enable downloads and remixing. you can republish a song and change the settings
