We’re starting a community vote to highlight the artists and tracks that shaped this year.
Nominations happen right here in the comments.
Categories
Please submit one nomination per category, clearly labeled:
Artist of the Year: Name
Track of the Year: Track title | Artist
Newcomer of the Year: Name
Comeback of the Year: Name
Definition:
Newcomer of the year: Artists who released their first track on Audiotool in 2025. Secondary accounts from users with an existing main account are not eligible.
Comeback of the year: An artist who returned after a long period of inactivity, or a long-time user who achieved a standout success again after a long time.
One nomination per category per person.
Nomination deadline: December 29
You can change your nomination until the deadline by deleting your comment and posting a new one.
After the deadline has passed, no changes will be possible.
After the nomination deadline, we’ll move into the final voting phase.
To keep everything easy to follow for us, it would really help if nominations are left in the original comment sections instead of replies.
What’s next?
The winning artists will be interviewed and featured in a Featured Artist Special
The Track of the Year will receive a dedicated Making Of article, including a more detailed unboxing-style video. Only Audiotool tracks can be nominated.
In every season of Dexter there’s always a monologue about something really mundane that he gives an opinion on. He says shit like “I like goodwill. You can get good shirts there. Nobody ever tells you, but you can put on the shirts right after you buy them, no wash. It’s like wearing another man’s skin”
Comeback Of The Year:
@joVee
I was happy his original account was restored. He's been an inspiration in terms of his style of music and his blend of multiple genres into one.
artist of the year:
@THE BIRDS WRIGHT
he makes such great and unique music that's so consistently good and yet he has so little recognition for his talent

Comeback of the Year:
@etterath
game back from a bit of hiatus and dropped some crazy stuff man!
after all of the crazy tools you've put out this year, I think you are well deserving of that title. your knowledge always impresses me and you show off what audiotool can pull off. I think that "I can do it for free" mentality is integral to the culture of this community.
artist of the year:
@Chonoes
this guy has genuinely been a strong member of the community and has been consistently powerful with what he does. his music has character, he has character, and he's just utterly real, i have to pick him.
track of the year: this is incredibly tough. having to pick one song from this year that i think deserves number 1 spot of all songs released. i mean, so many good options; the mighty 909 by client, i cant wait for this by veintrash and dxm, pipebomb on the horizon by kibbey, escapist, and clouddude, and me irl by mxcii. there are so many good choices, but, if i have to pick one, i think i need to give it to
flawless
by
@Chonoes
. he genuinely deserves it with how masterfully crafted that track is.
newcomer of the year: now, i'd love to be selfish and say myself, since i technically really started this year, all my previous music was all me js messin around when i was younger. but, i have a better choice. i need to give it to
@item
who has been un-apologetically aggressive and has been so open to learning how to make music, props to them.
comeback of the year: now this one, i could definitely just vote
@Jam!e (bahumbug)
(myself) if i wanted to. i made ass music before i left, i went on leave for about a year or two, and came back making bangers harder than i had ever before. i'm genuinely so proud of myself for how much i've improved in one year, and how far i've come since coming back. i dont think i've ever reached this level of skill before, and im glad to have a platform like audiotool to have helped me get to where i am currently. if i cant choose myself then give my vote
