  well, for hardcore (that includes Jcore) you would usually want a BPM between 160 and 180... usually 170 for UK and a bit higher for Jcore

    well the thing was I had like 1/36 or 1/32 I forgor and I just kept it and lowered to an bpm that sounded nice
