Rules are simple:

1) Any DAW

2) Don't copy other people

3) Don't just use samples you didn't make (I mean you CAN just call it "best trap remix" and spam samples everywhere but where would the fun be in that + I probably won't pick you as a winner)

4) If you do use another DAW, unhide the samples so I know you made them (like if you remix in FL or something) that way I know you didn't just use a bunch of dubstep sound packs or something :)
