I actually really like the effort put in here. I can't tell how your sounds were made since I'm on mobile but it sounds like the sounds blend well together. I like the attempts at mixing and keeping things interesting in terms of composition
Keep up the good work! I don't have a lot of time to write more but i think I covered most of the important bits.
P.s. the whole mix sounds a bit muddy. You may want to try using EQ methods to brighten the overall mix by boosting your higher frequencies gain values and/or reducing the gain on your lows
Sound design is fairly decent, for what sounds like a less experienced producer/artist. Honestly better than i was expecting, but I don't expect much nowadays.
Overall I'd say this is a great effort and a good start. Key notes, if your track is repetitive, try shortening it so people don't get turned off. Get all your ideas out and then tey arranging them in a way that doesn't repeat 100%. Try introducing new sounds in the second half of your track to keep things interesting

The other thing regarding the composition is that the track seems to have a key but I can't be sure you're sticking to it in a way that is as fun to listen to. To me it sounds a bit off key, and there's not enough movement within the scale to in some parts where i think there should be. I really like the drop parts, but again those generic reverse and stutter sounds really take me out of it.
The vibes are cyberpunk-esque, and the stutters and glitchiness are cool, but I would try replicating these effects outside of using that mixer effect plugin (i forget the name of it, but you know what I'm talking about. It's the thing that does the record scratches and reverses and such. Sounds SUPER generic and sticks out like a sore thumb.) not your fault that it sticks out, that's just what Audiotool sounds like. Import the sound from another software if you have to
The sounds are a bit same-y, as in, they don't change much throughout the track, and the patterns, though not entirely simple, do appear to repeat quite a bit for a track that's over 4 mins long. As far as arrangement goes, this could use improvement. Again, too much repetition. I feel it may be helpful for you to find ways to manipulate the energy level of your song throughout it's length. A proper intro which should lead into a verse or build to a drop depending on your genre
