But this is a privately-owned platform, not a government-owned platform. Free speech exist here only to the extent that the Audiotool Team will allow, as described in the Rules and Terms. Audiotool has the right to refuse service for any reason stated in the Terms just as everyone here has the right to terminate the agreement voluntarily by ceasing interaction.
since this became such a huge thing ill say my reasoning behind the title and thumbnail. i made the beat and spent a solid 10 seconds thinking on a name and thats the first thing that popped in my head, thats what i think about all day everyday i knew it could possibly get moderated but i didnt care too much and i roughly knew the legality of the statement. what i was got upset about was the reaction so many people had about my violent statement. i didnt intend to start this huge thread but im glad it did because people need to critically think about their beliefs and how their everyday lives impact the world around them.
theres a lot id like to say but i sadly like having a platform and audience and with how audiotool is now i dont plan to engage much anymore with this thread
