After witnessing Onei's success in his sectors, Mu Phantazein decides to take it upon himself to challenge Onei personally. Mu Phantazein is a tricky fellow to fight. Sometimes there are conditions to fulfill before he can be damaged in any certain way, and other times he'll use complex inventions to disorient Onei. In his current form, he mainly uses these strategies alongside general psychic abilities.
