make it faster to like 130 or something, change the sample from pitch to timestretch, change out some of the drum sounds (maybe add a few perc to make it sound more full), make sure the synth is in tune & add a bass.
there was another song i found that uses this sample at a slow tempo called death blow 1 by jeezy blade (on soundcloud), go check it out (that's at 140)
