  • cool song cover!

I've noticed that your ceiling/volume levels vary greatly from one track you make to the next. I'm not quite sure why this is, or if it matters to you. I'm just letting you know I've noticed it. It makes it very hard for me as a listener to go through your library because I constantly have to stand at my volume knob every time the track changes.

    • thank you Zir0h , i try to get my music more in line with the next track.

    • basically don't make your music on $700 studio monitors, and then the next track on a $40 pair of headphones. your final products are going to sound different unless you are REALLY good at interpreting readouts to the point where you don't even need to hear the track or something.

There's probably some tutorials or research videos done on this subject. I'll see if I can find some :)

    • I don't know enough to offer more information at this point, but I think it has to do with watching your levels, aka paying attention to your volume output levels on both your board, and your final output device. also, make sure you are consistently mixing on the same equipment, and not using different equipment and soundstages with vastly varying sound reproduction qualities.
