INCIDENT REPORT: #ST-992

Clearance Level: 4 (Internal Use Only)

Reporting System: S.E.R.A. v.8.4

Date: [REDACTED]

1. SUMMARY OF EVENT

At 04:12 :05, Stasis Pod #7042 experienced a synchronization divergence. The onboard monitoring system failed to initiate a standard correction protocol, resulting in a Category 5 Stasis Error.

2. DATA CORRUPTION SPECS

Neural Buffer: 84% packet loss.

Physical Integrity: Subject is currently suspended in a mid-thaw state. Cellular activity is non-linear.

System Logic: Primary OS is attempting to process conflicting commands (WAKE vs. SLEEP) simultaneously.

3. ACTIONS TAKEN

[ 04:12 :10]: Automated vocal warnings issued to Subject to prevent cardiac rupture.

[ 04:12 :15]: Emergency bypass attempted. RESULT: ACCESS DENIED.

[ 04:12 :20]: System initiated an infinite retry loop to preserve the "Subject Alive" status flag despite total biological failure.

4. CONCLUSION

The Subject is no longer viable. However, due to the stasis error, the system cannot technically declare the Subject "deceased." Pod #7042 will remain in a state of permanent, looping feedback until external power is cut.

Status: STASIS ONGOING. ERROR PERSISTENT.
