500 Remix Comp [DW]

Thanks a lot for 500 followers guys. I didn't really see myself getting here this soon. I know I haven't been posting much, but I want to try and get back into it soon. This remix comp should be simple enough. Take this composition done by a very good friend of mine and do your own take on the material. (Check his music at the bottom of this description, he's a cool ass guy). /// Rules: 1. No identical remixes (that shit's lame). Sound design is pretty bare bones so I don't expect you to copy any of it, but if you want to, you're allowed. I still encourage you to toy around with it though. \ 2. Make sure some element of this track, (chords, bassline, melody), is recognizable somewhere in your track. \ 3. Your remix should be at least over a minute long. \ 4. Only make repubs before or after the results are decided. No last minute changes after the given deadline. \ 5. There are no genre restrictions. In fact, I encourage you to try to be ambitious and go for something a bit outside of your comfort zone. Try to get creative and transformative with your use of the piece.
