opaqity, Audiotool Day 2015 - opaqity

00:0004:01

first of all... thanks to Jacob for hosting this competition every year - without it I probably wouldn't have made another track in a very long time.

...not exactly in it to win it this year but I had fun trying something new. (chances are I will never make something like this ever again)

enjoy! c:

There is a tone quality about your work that is indescribable. It sounds like a dated filtered photo. It looks and sounds amazing but has a sense of nostalgia and reminiscence about it. There is and simultaneously isn't tension in the chords, and there is no other way to describe it. Good job on the first place.

Wow, this might be one of the best tracks I've heard from you. Nice! The second half isn't as strong as the first half just because of how hard it is to get a good swing grove on audiotool. Still like it a lot.
