what i did was split off the main signal through a bunch of effects and sent each one to a different channel on a centroid mixer, and then gradually upped the volume. i found as i split off more and more channels, it would automatically start sidechaining to itself...i know it sounds strange, but around 5:00 its sounds way more choppy, and in the beginning i had the kick sidechained to its own reverb and it didnt sound like that. very interesting...
an experiment with signal processing. i guess this is techno....just a single kick repeated over and over. :P

sooooooooooooo cool... If you want to get technical... this would be IDM Industrial Progressive House... but since there isn't a presence of a prominent bass line.. it would be along the lines of IDM Industrial
