I love the Andes / Brazileno sound. You did an awesome job mixing the jazz guitar and then pulling us all back to modern day with the electric. I would have to agree with "Uprising". Why does this not have more Faves? I love it. Let me know when you produce more. I enjoy listening and if I like, I Favorite.

What is the meaning of the "truths" that were said? They are only criticism? Or they just have the intention to censor a work? In fact, they are just that! I do not know why ... So I do not care. The dogs bark and the caravan moves on. Anyway, thank you all!
I'm with cripta, You cant be a "sound designer" if you're using samples and audio loops that have been made by others. ( Just my opinion )
Grab an Hb, some pedals and you're ready ;)

but you can't say to be a sound designer.... if you use just sounds and beat designed by others.. that's it
On an aside, i will comment that the track is nice, though i feel that guitar sound tries to drown out the beat (might be my headphones). I will also give a thumbs up for it being a Batucada, much of this is part of my countries culture (not entirely though) :D
When i speak of minimal, i really like to refer to the SETUP not the track composition or layout itself...though i do admit i happen to like a bit of Minimal, i wouldnt listen to it all day or every day. Sometime i like very repetitive things, other times i prefer very random and moving things...i think one needs a balance :P
As for original track...that has way too many subjective parts to it for me to even try and say something, since its all dependent on what a definition of original is..which already can have many derivatives...
I remember a while back i was reading a thread about "loops killing the scene" and how it all boiled down to people who either: used near-perfect loops in order to be great and famous or made said loops for others to buy...
