Got the idea from luxior's https://www.audiotool.com/track/sinister-txpv1ujh/
He used the resonance on the lowpass filter within the heisenberg, then distorted it, and it made a really nice voxy sorta melbourne sound, and so i applied it to some of my sound design and got this :)
