Come As You Are -

My second attempt at making music !!!

My dedication to one of the greatest artists of all time !!

Took me over 2 months just to compile this, and yet must say that I am both proud & dissatisfied at the same time !!

This is really exhausting stuff especially if you dont know or haven't learned music !!

Am publishing it now for lack of inspiration, enthusiasm and energy :)

If any1 can make this better, please feel free to indulge, or for that matter, wish to advise, well then,

"Master, I am just but your humble servant "

  • awesome job! I hear those cultural phrases and melodies in here you were talking about in your description, awesome work!

  • haha ...thank you @dustin Ross ... thank you for taking the time to listen :)

  • Mmmmm...Me gusta....:)

  • Interesting track.

    Good work.

  • ;P

  • Well... See... I don't really enjoy experimental music.. And that's what this sounds like to me... And... Well... I'd like it more if you removed the Phaser/Flanger.

  • Thanks @arche3.0

Really appreciate your feedback. I see what you mean, although as of now I am unable to visualize this into execution. Guess will take time to get there, but that is something I totally overlooked. So, thanks for some really great advice :)

  • So in all, good effort and keep working I just think this is missing the all important release to the tension created in the music.

  • Interesting concept. I think that the beginning is very much a shock, which is attention grabbing, but the track doesn't then settle enough to give you a sense of a groove or stability. With all the odd panning, it just feels strange throughout, so you don't have a center/core track, but a concept only. I think the technique should be used in specific areas to create tension and then provide a release afterwards using another phrase or something.

  • Thanks @paolo Palacios ... I was going for that effect :D

  • Crazy ass panning

  • Thanks @RDz .... yes lot of panning going on ..... i was gonna include the pan for certain sections only but kind of liked how the track kept me guessing for where the sounds are coming from .... so thought would do pan for almost all of them .... however wish i can keep the sounds a little bit cleaner ..... still learning so ... it is a good process
